Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery

We offer various shipping methods to meet your needs. Estimated delivery times are in addition to the order processing time and are calculated from the date your order ships.

  • Standard Shipping (Domestic US): Estimated delivery within 5-8 business days.
  • Expedited Shipping (Domestic US): Estimated delivery within 3-5 business days (available at an additional cost).
  • International Standard Shipping (US & EU): Estimated delivery within 7-21 business days, depending on the destination country and customs processing.

Please be aware that these are estimated delivery times. Actual delivery may vary due to carrier delays, customs procedures, or other external factors beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, dimensions of your order, and your chosen shipping method. You will see the exact shipping cost at checkout before completing your purchase.

  • Domestic Orders (USA):
    • Standard Shipping: $5.99
    • Expedited Shipping: $12.99
    • FREE Standard Shipping on all orders over $50!
  • International Orders (European Union & other eligible countries):
    • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.

International Shipping

Please note for international orders:

  • Customs Duties, Taxes, and Fees: The recipient is solely responsible for any customs duties, taxes, tariffs, import fees, or other charges imposed by their destination country. Tracking Your Order

Lost or Damaged Packages

While we take every precaution to ensure your order arrives safely, Delphorius.top is not responsible for packages lost or damaged by the shipping carrier. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. We will do our best to assist you by providing any necessary information.

Incorrect Shipping Address

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address during checkout. If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the package is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for the re-shipping fees. If the package is delivered to the incorrect address due to customer error, we are unable to offer a refund or replacement.
